Terms and Conditions
Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or returned, by ordering you accept this condition. If the event has to be postponed then it will be moved to another date and your tickets will remain valid, alternatively you may change to another venue or come the following year with your tickets.
No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.
Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt.
In the event of an event being postponed, MLE cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or any other related service. Please note if we decide to postpone the event due to any recommendations including those by government, authorities or international organisations you will receive a permit to attend a future event of your choosing. No refunds are given.
In the event local authority advice in view of COVID-19 requires us to stop the event we will postpone the event to a future date. This includes local lockdown in areas surrounding or near to the venue as well as any current law that would make the event not possible to take place. No refunds are given but we will ensure your tickets are carried over to a future event.
If you have symptoms of COVID-19 you MUST stay at home – do not come to the event. If you believe you have symptoms on site then you must alert a steward or 1st aid and then leave site. You MUST agree to adhere to social distancing and any government general requirements for Covid-19 safety.
You are required to socially distance from other people outside of your family / bubble at all times. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to do this, not ours – but we will make as many arrangements as possible to help you with this. Examples being the ability to Drive-In, and marked walkways. Please do not approach a crowd of people without distancing.
You must wash your hands before leaving home and when arriving back home. You must wash your hands when using the toilets and use hand sanitiser once you have left the toilet.
We recommend bringing your own hand sanitiser.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform MLE of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of the goods. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers booking online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. We will use email as the method of contact and once an email has been sent it will deemed to be received. Any mistakes by the purchaser in providing MLE the correct email will not be the responsibility of MLE. This includes misdelivery or nondelivery of tickets and or communications such as date changes or offers to move tickets to another date.
Tickets are non-refundable and so any postponement of any event will result in an offer to move your ticket to another date or venue. You must inform us no later than 8 weeks after the event date which event or venue you would like to move your tickets to. After this time we will cancel your ticket without any refund. We will reply by email to state we have received your request to change.
Organisers and the venues reserve the right to refuse admission or remove persons from the event for any reason. Health and safety, environmental and security are all issues which are taken into account when making these decisions. No refunds are offered when persons are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances. gates close at 8:30pm and we strongly recommend you arrive before 8pm to avoid being unable to enter. We are not responsible for delays entering the site or being unable to enter because of traffic. Leave plenty of time to get in.
In order to prevent fraud and to protect everyone involved in the transaction, you may be asked to provide additional information after your booking so that we can verify your purchase. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel it is fraudulent and in order to process checks.
Tickets are sent via email. You must not copy, duplicate or disclose it under any circumstances. Doing so will potentially result in your ticket being invalid.
Event grounds can be rough by nature and we strongly recommend you take all care. You must bring your own torch or means of illumination when walking and take care of any surfaces that may become slippy or wet. The organisers would draw attention to any temporary structures or wet areas, including bridges, wooden walkways and pathways.
Car parking is included but please note this is typical a green field. Lighting is impossible across the whole site and we remind you to take care in driving. Cars are parked and left on site entirely at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for cars, the contents or any damage. If you cause damage to the venue’s property you will be liable for those damages.
On sites where camping is allowed we recommend that you locate in the family area if you are not going to make much noise. If you are likely to be less than quiet then please locate in the seperate area to ensure you can enjoy your evening without disturbing others. No refunds are offered under any circumstances for camping tickets.
Disability Statement: We value inclusion and access for all participants and are pleased to provide reasonable accommodations for this event. Please contact mail@mlepyrotechnics.co.uk to make a reasonable accommodation request. Requests must be submitted 3 weeks prior to the event date although we’ll always do our best to accomodate. Please note the event takes place in an open field but we have people with disabilities and people requiring a carer attend the event each year without any issue. We have a disabled car park area as close as possible to the event and disabled toilets. You also could take advantage of the drive-in parking. If you wish to book tickets please inform us by email prior to booking tickets.
If you are coming in a taxi or coach, but inform the organisers. It is not normally possible to allow vehicles into the event arena / car parks during exiting. Taxi areas are in place at most events.
Video, photographs and audio recordings are allowed on site but under the condition that you allow the organisers to use said media for the event websites/promotion without prior notice. We often video or photograph on site and reserve the right to use images as required for promotional purposes. Entering the site gives us full use of images or video of you and your party of people.
No drones are permitted on site. No BBQ’s are permitted on site. No personal sparklers or fireworks are permitted on site. We reserve the right to remove people from site who have any of these items without any refund.
Drive-in / Premium parking: you MUST keep your engines switched off during the event. You must keep your lights off during the fireworks. You must not leave until instructed to do so / before the final fireworks have completed.
If tickets are returned undelivered we reserve the right to cancel an order but will do everything possible to deliver them to you. Please note that events of a technical nature sometimes do not always deliver every aspect advertised – we make no promise or expectation and any missing elements will not result in any liability of refund or recourse. By purchasing tickets you agree to this explicitly. Purchasing an entry ticket does not give guarantee of any particular aspect of the performance, including the competition element, sound, video, lasers, all firework displays, video screen, fair, food, drink and anything else advertised. Aspects can change at anytime without notice. We reserve the right to withdraw the competition element on the day/evening if technically required. We will continue with the performance if any of the teams or aspects of the event have a technical problem.
The organisers reserve the right to cancel part of or all of the event(s) due to circumstances beyond their control amounting to Force Majeure without refund.
Please look after your belongings whilst on site, we will do our best to relocate lost property but hold no liability for anything lost whilst at the event.
Timings are subject to change on the evening.

Ordering tickets, entering the event, or taking part is all means of acceptance of these conditions. All calls are recorded.
